COVID-19: Update to Our Customers

At First Federal Savings Bank, the health and well-being of our customers, our staff and communities are our top priority. Given the evolving concerns around COVID-19 (novel coronavirus) and to help support community health management efforts, we are temporarily suspending lobby access at most of our branch locations. We will accept in-branch appointment requests, only on a case-by-case basis, for non-traditional banking and insurance needs, or for customers needing personal assistance during this time. Appointments with our Loan Officers will continue to be handled on an individual basis. These changes are in effect as of Tuesday, March 17, 2020 . We plan to resume full branch access at the earliest possible time in which public health officials deem conditions are safe to do so.

We continue to offer many options to serve your banking needs:

Online and Mobile Banking

We encourage you to manage your accounts using online and mobile banking . These 24/7/365 services allow you to safely view transactions, check balances, make payments, deposit checks, and more – right from the comfort of your home.

Drive Thru and Night Deposit Box Services

Our drive thru services remain open and available during regular hours and offer most banking services. If you don’t have a vehicle, you are welcome to visit our drive thru locations on bicycle or as a pedestrian. For your safety we recommend using the lane closest to the building and ask you to be alert to other traffic. Customers may also continue to use the night drop available at all of our locations.


Our ATMs, located outside of branch lobbies, are accessible 24/7/365.

Loan Payment Relief

First Federal Savings Bank is offering a forbearance plan for our borrowers experiencing hardship due to the COVID – 19 Pandemic. 
If you are impacted, please know that:
  • No late fees will be assessed during your forbearance
  • Your loan will not be reported as past due to the credit bureaus during the forbearance agreement term
  • It is our goal to offer immediate relief to our borrowers
Upon submitting the form, you will either:
  • Receive a forbearance agreement that must be signed and returned, or
  • We will contact you for additional information
